Integra Direct is a supplier of quality timber-like and hybrid flooring solutions direct to the public. Integra Direct approached us looking to better understand their brand and audience and were looking to refresh their website and the user experience whilst on the site.
Emblm undertook a brand discovery to develop their brand further and find out what their audience needs. Throughout the brand discovery process we identified their key target audience, their unique selling points and tone of voice, discovering these facets of the business lead us to their new tagline “The Best Fit.”
Since undertaking Integra Direct as a client we have been responsible for the management of their Digital Advertising including organic and paid social and Google Adwords management.
